All items shipped have been inspected to avoid any manufacturer flaw. However, mistakes may still happen and on such cases we will replace any wrong item at no extra cost to the buyer. Please read our shipping and return policies below.

The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states of the United States. All offers of free shipping are valid within the continental United States only.

AIP Electronics does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for product not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business except as expressly provided herein. AIP Electronics will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised for the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party. The buyer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of product, AIP Electronics is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the amount invoiced for the applicable product. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement to the contrary, the remedies set forth in this agreement shall apply even if such remedies fail their essential purpose.

Your satisfaction is our goal; we stand behind all the products that we sell. Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before cutting, sanding, painting, altering or final installation. Altered items are not refundable or returnable as we sell brand new parts only. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order.

Warranties: A ninety day warranty provided by the manufacturer applies to all items sold, unless otherwise stated. The manufacturer warrants all parts to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials. It covers the replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period. If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part, only, will be issued. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

We shall issue a replacement for the defective part at no extra cost to the customer, limited to the original ninety day warranty period. However, the buyer is required to send back the defective part at his/her own expense. For international (non-US) orders, an additional shipping fee may be assessed to return the warrantied item to the customer.

Most of our products come direct from the manufacturer and are intended for jobber purposes, instruction manuals may not be included. Installation by a professional is recommended in order to avoid damage to the product. Warranty may be voided due to improper installation.

  • Our liability under no circumstances shall exceed the amount of the original sale
  • The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration or modifications.
  • The warranty does not cover cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.
  • The act of posting any defamatory feedback or reviews on any online auction or retail website shall constitute an abnegation of the warranty by the customer.

Problems with an order? If something is wrong with an order, we certainly do want to help you. Please read the following for more information on how to proceed.

Shipping Problems: Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver.

Shipping Damage: Damages must be reported and filed with AIP Electronics immediately. Orders lost in transit must be reported to us immediately. We are not liable for carrier damages and we must submit a claim with the carrier company to facilitate a damages refund. If you received a damaged product, please report it to us within 48 hours from date of receipt. No exceptions.

Customs Duties/Brokerage Fees: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Missing Items: You will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you have originally paid. You may also contact us at customerservce@aipelectronics.com for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.

Refunding Items: Special case returns only, will be subject to 15% restocking fee. Customer must contact AIP Electronics to obtain authorization for any returns. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the buyer’s expense.

All documents and other content on this Web site are the property of AIP Electronics and may only be copied for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without specific authorization from AIP Electronics, you agree that any copy of the documents or other information downloaded from this site shall retain all copyrights and trademarks.

All photographic and graphic images on this Web site are the property of AIP Electronics. Photographic and graphic images may only be downloaded for personal, non-commercial use. The contents of documents, product information and images downloaded from this Web site may not be altered or edited in any way without AIP Electronics express permission prior to any usage.

3. In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
4. The timeliness of service to or from destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation.
